  • Provider Assistance Center (PAC) Closure: The PAC phone line will be closed on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 8-9 am for a meeting. Self-service options will be available during that time on the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) or through the Provider Portal.
  • Processing Delay: We have made progress with our delay in processing our State Public Programs/Duals Coordination of Benefits (COB) and COBA/CMS Crossover.  We are targeting to complete the majority of these complex claims by the end of Q4. Please hold on sending duplicate claims and crossover claims. We also recommend validating the practitioner is enrolled with the appropriate effective date. This will help promote the timeliness of processing. Thank you for your continued patience.
