Welcome to UCare's Provider Portal

UCare is retiring the legacy Provider Portal. Starting Aug. 1, 2025, users will need to use the current Provider Portal instead. As a reminder, UCare will launch its Availity Provider Portal at a later date; the launch date has not yet been determined.

Provider Portal Administrators (Provider Admin) without access to the current portal should request access through the link below. Once approved, Provider Admins will receive an email to activate their account and login to the portal. Portal users who need access to the current Provider Portal should contact their organization’s Provider Admin.

The UCare Provider Portal allows you to:

  • Access explanation of payments  
  • View claim status
  • Complete the online Provider Claim Reconsideration Form
  • Look up member eligibility  
  • Check authorization status
  • Send a secure message to the Provider Assistance Center

IMPORTANT NOTE: UCare does not authorize Provider Admin access in the UCare Provider Portal to third-party billers. If you are a third-party biller, you will need to request access from the organization’s Provider Admin.
