Some UCare health plans are closing

UCare Medicare Advantage plans, UCare Medicare Supplement Plans, UCare’s MSHO and Connect + Medicare plans are closing Dec. 31, 2025. If you have one of these plans, you’ll need to enroll in a new plan for 2026.
