Mask and Sanitizer Kit may include:

  • Two reusable masks
  • 16 oz bottle of hand sanitizer
  • Three packs of wipes
  • One box of disposable gloves

Kit contents are subject to change. Must be a current MSHO or Connect + Medicare member at the time of the order. Only one kit per member. Kit will arrive in 4–6 weeks.
