Childbirth and Pregnancy Education Classes

Class highlights

Childbirth and pregnancy education classes are a great way to get ready for parenthood. Eligible UCare members may be able to take classes for free.* Classes are offered through clinics, hospitals, and other health agencies. No referral from a provider is needed.

Examples of classes include:

• Childbirth preparation
• Expecting multiples
• Refresher childbirth preparation
• Cesarean preparation
• Breastfeeding basics

*Register by phone and provide your UCare member ID number. If you are asked to pay in advance please call UCare Customer Service to get a referral for another class.
