What you can expect
October
Open Enrollment notice arrives
This mailing includes a federal notice and a summary of changes to selected plan benefits.
December
2025 member ID cards and guides arrive
Your member ID card and member guide will arrive in one mailing. If you change UCare plans during the Open Enrollment Period, you will receive this mailing shortly after you pay your first premium.

2025 Member Contract and quick overview guide arrive
Your Member Contract and quick overview guide — highlighting plan benefits and features — will arrive in one mailing. If you change UCare plans during the Open Enrollment Period, you will receive this mailing shortly after you pay your first premium.

Convenience and online care
You get unlimited in-network online and convenience care at no additional cost* with most plans.
Mental health and substance use help
You can access mental health and substance use services and support, at no additional cost to you.
24/7 access to a nurse
Get guidance from experienced nurses on what to do and where to go when you have a health concern. The Nurse Line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for no extra cost.
Prescription drugs
Preventive medication is fully covered and free home delivery is available through Costco Mail Order Pharmacy. You don't need to be a Costco member to use their mail order service.
Health and wellness programs
UCare has many programs and services to help our members lead a healthy lifestyle, including savings on gym memberships, healthy grocery discounts, a community education class allowance and more.
Member Assistance Program
At no cost to you, we provide three counseling sessions with a licensed counselor from M Health Fairview. Get their professional assistance and expertise in-person, online or over the phone.
In-network preventive care covered 100%
Stay healthy with preventive screenings and services, most at no cost to you.
Rewards and incentives
Earn rewards when you complete certain preventive screenings, tests or exams.
Plan resources
Prescription drug list
Review the formulary for a list of covered drugs. Visit ucare.org/searchdruglist and choose your specific plan from the "Pick your plan" menu to look up covered medications and copay or coinsurance amounts.
In-network providers and clinics
Find out if your doctor or clinic is in your plan's network by visiting search.ucare.org. Choose your specific plan from the “Pick your plan” menu and search for doctors, hospitals and more. Narrow your search by choosing a specialty, location or other options.
Health insurance basics
Learn the basics about health insurance including common health coverage terms, levels of coverage and what they mean for your health care costs, ways to get health care coverage and more.
HSA-compatible health plans

Access your online member account
Sign in or create a secure online member account. If your plan covers more than one person, each person — including dependents who are minors — will need a unique email address and password for your privacy and protection.
Tip: Have your full UCare member ID number available when creating your account. That number is on your member ID card or can be provided by calling customer service.
