• Community education class allowance — Get a $45 annual allowance loaded onto your Healthy Benefits+ Visa® card to use toward most community education classes nationwide. Not available with UCare Your Choice plans.

Group plans are offered by employers to their retirees. Benefits and prices (premiums, copays and coinsurance costs) vary from group to group.

The service area includes the entire state of Minnesota and 26 Wisconsin counties.
